      Too quick. No sooner was I hired than I got caught in a layoff that affected the entire department. What's that about?

      On nice thing about the company is that there was a lot of training available to employees that want to take advantage of the opportunities.

      Cons

      An employee can feel like a small fish in big pond at this company. And at times an employee can get lost in the ocean of employees. If you don't have a good manager that pays attention to you, you can get "lost."
