Cons

With the opportunity to work across with teams across the globe, it may not be standard 9-5 job, however flexibility is given to accommodate WorkLife balance.

global company, very diverse Leadership, not just leaders from one country. I feel there is more opportunity to influence than in other global companies. Winning and performance oriented culture . Of course as with all IT companies, its hard work but Lenovo gives a lot of freedom how you manage your working time.

tools and processes not state of the art but leadership is trying to improve
