      - Decent pay - health benefits - gym access

      Cons

      - Layoffs and more planned in the near future - Management has no clue as to what is going on - Employee morale is low, low, low! - No room for advancement

      Not sure we'd agree. Although it is true that Lenovo has needed to make some necessary changes, we needed to do so to set us up for long term success. The confidence of most of our employees is strong...and although we may be experiencing short term challenges, we have the long term view in mind. We have succeeded in the past with a long term view and we intend to do the same again. We certainly do have a plan, and one out of 6 of our hires are internal. Thank you for your comment.

      Love it while you're there.

      Cons

      Go out of your way for mgrs,directors, they will make you feel special and doing a great job, but will execute the most unfair non - door open policy and stab you in the back due to other coworkers envy and egos. Work life balance sucks, they constantly buy new roofs to place on a flooded and weak foundation. Underhanded, and DOES NOT APPRECIATE the employees who are not suck ups.

      Respectfully disagree. Although not all of our leaders are perfect, most are pretty good. It looks like you had some serious issues with yours. This is not what we want, nor expect from our leaders. If you were still here, we'd ask you to engage HR immediately. It is a shame you are gone. We never want someone to leave with bad feelings.       Good salary - but that's all, precious little additional benefits. Oh and there is a tremendous amount of work to get done...

      Where to begin... - Systems - shockingly bad, in 2012 they were still using Lotus Notes for instance. - Poor management - my manager was "difficult" to say the least. - Pervasive passive aggressive culture. - Terrible HR - Lack of benefits. - overloaded with work
