Pros

* Incredible people - some of the smartest I've ever met * Entrepreneurial culture, a real startup feel even in a big company * Opportunity for growth and impact is huge * Amazing benefits/perks, including a great cafe that serves 3 meals a day, transportation benefits, and numerous programs on campus (especially in Mountain View)

Cons

Growing very fast, just dealing with some of the growing pains that come at very large scale.
