      Awesome competitive salary and great benefits. Focused on culture optimization in the workplace and a very positive environment overall. Engaging work and an excellent set of products,

      Cons

      Fairly slow and archaic promotion strategy. Very rare to get early promotions prior to the HR parameters for time worked. Difficult to get performance based promotions without being in the right place at the right time. High intensity environment, probably not for everyone.
