Too many managers/workers. The admin type managers are incentivized with bonuses to nickel and dime your travel expenses. Corporate spends too much time/resources with ineffective changes in workplace "culture" Expensive health insurance, still costs hundreds to go see a doctor so I just don't go. Don't promote the workers to managers, prefer to hire the outgoing managers friends who have future business contacts. (Military officers good ol' boy club) Exempt contracts where you do not make time and a half on overtime.
