Large company with lots of opportunities for growth or to transfer to different locations and business areas, good salary, leader in their field.

Cons

Very much a cliquish environment, limit on growth if you stay on the same program for any length of time. Far-flung locations don't seem to get as much attention as those closer to headquarters on the East Coast.
