Pros

The company was very forward with diversity and ethics training. They were also very, very safety conscious. The atmosphere was mostly easy going and laid back, until it was not.

Cons

Lower level management was incompetent. Diversity and ethics was more important than work quality, at least in the software departments. Reviews were a joke.

Pros

Decent benefits, especially retirement contributions. Good job security - management does a good job of finding new positions for employees as contracts end. Very strong focus on ethics.

Cons

Holding a security clearance is a hassle. Majority of the company is over 40 and is just running out the clock to retirement.
