Pros
In the beginning it was good. people are laid back.
Cons
They move you wherever and when ever they would like. Some management and leaders are bias and favoritism is strongly there. If you had an issue with management or a leader they would just move you and create a hostile "but by the book" environment. So basically wishing you would quit or get terminated. They also nonchalantly like announce peoples termination or if they were no longer there to promote fear and drama. And a lot of out of date procedures and policies.
