Pros
The work is interesting. Lots of the engineers and other techs are great to work with.
Cons
Management treats lower employees horribly. Techs are given no voice/freedom. Engineers get overworked and burn out. Management loves to bulk hire for busy production seasons, and then lay them off in a year or so.
