      Pros

      You determine your success, your time frame, where you work, who you work with and The company is the most ethical company I have ever seen. They always take the high road. (This doe not include individuals in the company as Mary Kay can not control independent peoples' actions.

      Cons

      Difficult to turn off when your with friends and family. Some Directors push consutlants to purchae beyond what the consultant needs. (Although a full store is extremely benefical, you do not need 10,000 wholesale on your shelf.

      Make my own hours and love that you can work it on your schedule because you are the boss of your business. And Mary Kay always says God first Family Second Career last and that is so true.
