Pros

Adequate salary, enough democratic management, strong corporate culture, respectful communication, health insurance, good quality product, enough high standard of customer service, the company care of employee health, good condition of work, comfortable office, good corporate and team building events.

Cons

No clear strategy of company, weak management on location, dismissal of employees, not well-defined communication between departments. Last years the situation abruptly has changed on bad side. Some situations and some decisions made worse the relationship with employees and customers. This situation created the crisis and forced many high qualified employees to leave company. Large volume of work, many stressful situations.

Pros

The sales side of the business is very straight forward. The skin care and cosmetics are excellent products and women do love them. I reached a #5 sales ranking for my National Area.

Cons

I became disenchanted when recruiting became the main focus. Definitely pressured into buying too big of an inventory. Cult-like culture was a turn-off.
