Pros

Love the products! The people you meet along the way.

Cons

Very scripted, even emails from Director, same emails over and over again. Unless you make it to one of the Queen's Court, Director pays little attention to you, no time for questions or advice. We are working so that our Director can earn the car, the bonus, etc. The promotion gifts are very cheap, they talk them up, but then you realize jewelry is 'made in China'. Unless you are a Director or up, you are invisible. You can buy your way to the top, no records of sales, just based on your orders, so if you have the money, you just order what's needed for the next level or to walk across the stage.

Pros

Great flexibility. Great recognition. Support from Directors. Fabulous people. Family oriented. You can make some extra money that is good for small things.

Cons

Working all out 8 hours a day for four years. I am an experienced retail sales professional who worked in commission. I was not able to get people to buy without discounting greatly. Too many personal use consultants they could get it half off from. Made 5k last year. Directors padding numbers through family and friends. Ordering stock to keep their car and director status.
