      Pros

      Travel budget is awesome. You can take your partners out to nice dinners without having to worry about it. Nice opportunity for sales people that want to transition into tech or that don't have a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Very little upward mobility, practically none. It used to be that you could be promoted to a field position, but now they only hire Cisco people because they bring the relationships. Many ISRs competing for very few promotions. Pay is low.

      Relaxed atmosphere, great culture, amazing product, great channel sales model

      Cons

      Disconnect between departments, wireless doesn't work... At a networking company. Upward growth can become very political, and not performance based.

      Innovative products, and a welcoming culture. Work hard play hard mentality with a ton of support from colleagues and management.

      none, just make sure the culture does not change as the company continues to grow.
