Business Outlook
Pros
Meraki invests heavily in their managers and people. They really walk the walk when it comes to building a conscious culture, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how great this place actually is after I joined. It's awesome here.
Cons
The company has gone through some growing pains and has some really inefficient processes. Teams have also self-solved on their own for common issues, so there are lots of silos when it comes to project management and visibility of work.
