      Cons

      Toxic kindergarten culture. The company culture is becoming corporate Cisco and losing its start-up culture - it is ok if you are not a start-up kind of person. In the cafeteria, it feels like you are back in high school: if you are not blond or good-looking, you are welcome.

      Without your supportive co-workers you could not survive

      Cons

      This is quite literally the most mentally exhausting and depressing Technical Support Role you will ever be in. If you care for your mental health do not apply for this role whatsoever. You will be underpaid, you will be stressed out, you will have to learn so much so fast , you will simply not have a good time

      Great products. Benefits are decent (Bupa & lots of work events). Some colleagues are a great fun.

      Cons

      Singing ‘care deeply’ culture and getting rid of employees at snap of fingers. No career progression. Clueless middle management. HQ marketing leadership has no idea how to run a global business.
