      Pros

      Miro is an open, honest and genuinely collaborative workplace. People definitely work really hard here but everyone makes time for each other and cares for one another. Executive leadership are visible and thoughtful. My direct team are lovely and have been super supportive with my onboarding journey and getting me involved in lots of different work. Really enjoying it so far!

      Cons

      I'm relocating to Amsterdam and the process has been a little disjointed, and at times - time-consuming / stressful.
