      Pros

      Amiable and collaborative culture Everyone is willing to help out and answer questions. Also, you can find every technical thing in the knowledge base and not get lost without an answer. If you don't ask, several meetings are scheduled, especially for newcomers to help them with onboarding, relocation, technically, culturally, etc...

      Cons

      Uncertainty of a fast-growing startup isn't for everyone ( it depends on you)

      Exponential growth with the right culture. There's lots of room to learn, drive change and take ownership. Exceptional place to grow and develop a career.

      Cons

      Hypergrowth is challenging. If you need structure and don't like to deal with uncertainty could be a struggle.

      Pros

      Working on exciting things- Every day there is something exciting and fun to work on. The people - We don't have everything figured out yet, but there are no aholes here (at least I haven't ran into any yet) to slow things down. Everyone works hard together to get the job done.

      Cons

      Everything is not figured out and it moves fast- You could be working 24 hours a day if you chose to, there is that much to do, but there's good WLB, you choose what you can work on, and your team supports you. Decision making - Like the above, there's a lot going on, and you don't always get the answers you need fast enough from the leaders. No bonuses - The compensation and bonus structure is lacking compared to other FANG companies.
