Pros

- Product is incredible for just about every function in a business, viral user growth during covid, good work/life balance

Cons

Poor sales culture, leadership disconnect from the reality of selling to large global organizations (deal desk, legal, security support was abysmal). Self-Serve vs Enterprise versions lacking appropriate contrast. Company has struggled to recover from the Post-covid lull. Odd cultural components for US employees

Good Product. Nothing more than that.

Cons

A leader who is woefully inadequate in all aspects of business, team leadership mindset, experience, and knowledge, yet is brimming with unfounded confidence. This person openly insists that because He is the president of the Japanese region, team members must devote themselves to serving them. When something goes wrong, this astonishingly incompetent leader immediately blames team members rather than taking responsibility.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
