      Pros

      - unlimited PTO - company supports time off and encourages employees to actually take time to themselves and recharge - product is market leader for whiteboarding platforms / always innovating

      Cons

      - ISR's have hub based positions - can't be fully remote - pay is terrible - if you hit quota but your pod does not hit, you will not hit accelerators or get paid out for your hard work! - constant changes to pay structure & quota - zero career growth chats with leadership or direct manager

      Great product, tough times

      Pros

      Strong and beloved product, hyper intelligent employees and leaders that really REALLY care and are willing to engage with tackle tough problems.

      Cons

      Euro-centric hub without clear communication with other regions leads to 1. Round-the-clock work hours to keep up with Amsterdam to Bay area time zones resulting in burn out 2. Mis-communication or zero communication, and unnecessary async work
