- Competitive salary - Flexible working hours - Lunch and snakes - A beautiful office building with a lovely penthouse where we eat lunch and sometimes have meetings - Helpful and friendly colleagues - Smooth relocation process, especially the HR team is very helpful and responsive to all of your questions - Compensations - Diversity

Cons

- You get distracted most of the time due to countless number of slack groups - Some onboarding items are irrelevant and can be replaced with more important trainings - Countless number of meetings. It is a company culture and you get distracted a lot due to these meetings. At one point you have to learn to decline some calendar invites.

Culture is taken seriously here and the interview process certainly reflects that aspect. New team members are valued as if they were here for years and the product is exciting and has endless possibilities.

Cons

The interview process can be quite lengthy, but it is well-worth it as Miro wants to ensure they are offering the right candidates according to cultural fit. They want to make sure the employee is successful, not just the entire company.

The team is so strict and everyone is always nervous or on edge, confidently taking sick days. Lack of creativity and lots of fluff. If you want anxiety come here
