as a fresher I have learnt a lot of things and continuously learning more. Being on bench feels like honeymoon period we are continuously monitored, trained and , given updates on allocation

they trained on a tech stack but have not allocated to any specific project, halted the promotion cycle and payroll cycle and increased the training period from 6 months to 1 year
