Pros
I've been working at Nagarro since an year now and these are some of the plus points: 1. The colleagues are great, you can make some friends. 2. The managers and mentors I had were amazing. Always helped me through every issue I had and went out of their way. (Although this may not be the case for everyone else). 3. You always have some engaging activities going on to improve the overall bonding.
Cons
And here comes the sad and bad part: 1. Nagarro pays high amounts to some freshers but the senior employees work at the same low salary. 2. Even after I was converted to full-time from a trainee, Nagarro didn't pay that 10k salary change and when asked they gave me some vague reasons. 3. Nagarro doesn't have many projects. Recession could be the major reason here but most of the people I know are on bench since 2 years now. 4. The project allocation process isn't great. You have no say in what project you want to be a part of or if you're even interested in that domain assigned to you. Absolutely no consideration. 5. The interview of Nagarro only states that you're going to be an Associate Software Engineer. It doesn't state the domain. This way you'll get roped into technologies that you weren't even interested in and your career might begin on a wrong path, so choose wisely.
