Thank you for leaving a feedback here at Glassdoor. While we didn't rise from any ashes (like a phoenix), we definitely are on track for a long, bright, and successful future for Nagarro. And you are right, everyone who is at Nagarro today will look back at the day when we were just a small 100 million dollars company. I am happy to see that you are finding that your time at Nagarro is well spent. All of the pros are things that we consider intrinsic to our growth and culture. Having a strong focus on people and maintaining a very flat culture is critical for us. We are putting a lot of focus on being 'employee centered'. I would love to hear more about any specific suggestions that you may have. If you wish, we can meet face to face to go over these. If yes, then please ask HR to put you in touch with me. And yes, I agree that growth is good but culture is important. In fact, I would say Culture is what we are here for, and growth will be an automatic byproduct of it. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. I am happy to see that the pros you have listed here are some of the very things that we put a lot of focus on. A flat culture and reachable management is a core value. People focus is another core value. From a salary structure perspective, you must have received a recent mail which talks about the changes made to the salary structure. So, the feedback that we have received in the last year or so has already been addressed. We will take your advice to heart and keep up the good work. I only request that you help us in doing it.
