We are in the process of building a world class organization and it is very encouraging for us when we do receive positive feedback on our efforts. Regarding the con, I am not really sure what you mean by the interview process being biased. I would really like to know more. Do you think we can talk? Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With so many positives (I agree with all of them), I would like to know what we can do to make it a 5/5 rating. Which brings me to the only con that you describe. At Nagarro, we do want to pay more than the industry average, at the same time, our pay scales for various profiles do align with what is prevalent in the industry. But, I can say that the outlook for Nagarro is really bright. And in the long run, the return on your time spent with Nagarro is very good.
