Good benefits. Some flexibility.

Cons

Never profitable and always cutting to fix revenue. Trying to execute on strategies that go against the core makeup of the company with people who lack the knowledge or will to change. Not a growth company. Raises and bonuses tend to be small and way too much work and responsibility for the pay. If you work in the US, your job will likely be cut and moved to low cost centers in Europe. US always gets cut first.

More than I can list: No excitement- OK but low morale and folks just going through the motions. No real sense if inclusive culture. lots of layoffs and takes a long time to get anything done

Small annual salary increase You cannot say no when upper management decided to transfer you to another department that needs people even though it affects your chosen career path.
