Pros

Most team members and colleagues are good people trying hard to delivery outcomes. Variety of work since you need to cover a lot of gaps. Pays a wage.

Cons

Poor executive management. Global 'experts' and APAC management are mostly below average time wasters. Probably the most political company I have ever worked for. Slow to make and implement changes required to grow the business. Some people working massive hours while some doing hardly anything, again poor management unable to see issues and address.

Pros

Great CEO, but not so great N-2 or N-3 organization

Cons

Company is driven by McKinsey and now we seem to hiring clueless ex-McKinsey guys to VP positions. Typically with no technical background and with no leadership nor communication skills.

Pros

The office is nice and the gym is free.

Cons

They work with 90% TNSDL internal programming language, what is not used by any other companies. So if you spend here 4 years your technology knowledge will be stuck at same level where you were 4 years ago, because on your future job interview nobody will care about your TNSDL language knowledge because they have never heard about it.
