Good work/life balance and diversity culture

Cons

Not innovative. Low salaries. No career progression opportunities. Old people stuck in obsolete methodologies. Very bad management with threatens and imposing fear in its employers some times. A lot of changes in the hierarchy in a very short time. The top management favors always people and ex-colleagues from other companies, rather than people already representing Nokia for years or even decades. Constant talk about AI because it is buzzword but no action in that direction. I can't recommend it that much in the present, unfortunately.

Not sure much left of the great culture. Used to be amazing with open, respectful, flexible, very humane, welcoming all kinds of differences and highly inclusive.
