Pros

Very challenging and exciting work - and plenty of it. High profile customers. Competitive compensation and benefits. Absolutely loved my co-workers! I was treated more than fairly by everyone.

Cons

Can get stressful as you work mostly in a production environment. Multitasking is absolutely imperative here. There really isn't an entry-level gig in the house.

Thank you for leaving us a review. Its pleasing to learn that you enjoyed the nature of work in general. The Field Service Engineer role is a remote home working role and requires the FSE to work on his or her own initiative prioritising tickets and if required seeking advice and support from his fellow co-workers and supervisors. We have recently enforced regular 1-1s, this is key to understanding how people are performing and addressing any issues they may have.

Great team and management. In particular, my manager was the most experienced professional I have ever worked with . This gave me a huge opportunity to grow quickly and be ready for the next step in my career. Life changing experience.

Cons

Their office in London is getting smaller.
