Caring management who are not perfect but are passionate about getting it right A improved vision for tech management now the dead wood has gone Good social buzz but would like a little more Nice bunch of co workers who are keen on doing their best (mostly)

For an international company, we need more involvement with regional people and opportunities to transfer Sometimes doesn't stop Business can react too slow at times
