Oracle IDC. Good working environment. No calls after shift hours, nobody push for weekend or Public holiday shifts. Work quality is very good, productive work completely. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Many fun activities

Job security due to frequent org changes. Low hikes Process or tools constanty changing, you are not used to with one tool and new tool comes up Some regional bias specially tamilians
