Pros

It is big tech. Usual perks from big corporations: Passport discounts, Linked-in learning and some other online learning opportunities, including OCI University (duh!). Health is through UHC - quite subpar. A lot of providers don't like working with them. Some groups allow 100% remote work! Co-workers are amazingly hardworking people

Cons

The don't adjust salaries (beware!) The pay is well below market Layoffs are constant, but usually not advertised. Executives prefer invest on AI infrastructure than actual people
