Cons
They treat you like you are a number and they lay off 10% of their workforce at least once a year. The decisions are made by senior management well above the managers that manage the people being let go. They acquire companies and do not honor the tenure of the employees for their severance packages. They are looking to create products that offer little insight but are easy to produce and reproduce.
