Pros
Name recognition of Oracle is good. Beer on Fridays. Training was top notch. Sales trainers covered both the product and the process. The development team is also on their A game, this is a market leader.
Cons
Very corporate. Corporate structure makes it hard to advance, while salary can be decent, the sales roles can be a grind. Management is usually slow to accept proposed changes, and the Vista Equity team espouses top down managment.
