Layoff layoff only name worst company ...One manager name hiring manager leading you if you are in any project for single issue they call hiring manager and hiring manager call you same time and not listing issue ..look like you are working as a contractor ..No job security they fire me and given one month time only ...they given me reason due to layoff worldwide in oracle we are firing you ...what is this no professionalism I resigned last very good secure company tech Mahindra after two month of joining due to oracle name, but this is not a way how oracle working no job security , project are very worst they talk in Hindi only and using bad language during calls. You feel like you are working in local bpo .....worst company ever I seen ....request you don't join only name otherwise you will suffer..they have worst project , no job security, management very bad .

Only cons trust me no positive reviews --- A) hiring and firing common in oracle not only for me so many cases heard in oracle they fired you any time ..'they hire me and fired in 7 month of time and given reason due to big structure change in worldwide layoff going on in oracle and you are part of that ' Worst decision in my life no job security trust me plz don't join . B) Hiring manager and manger treating like you are working as a contractor third party employee . C) project are worst if you compare with any other organization working hours much more here no break and team are not corporative you feel like working in bpo . D) joining process very long they taken 2 month time for verification and hired me and fired in 6 month without any reason so many other cases also I heard in oracle . D ) variable pay part of salary and may be deduct E) No promotion and no hikes very bad salary bracket . Trust me friends don't go with oracle name very worst company if you have other options don't join otherwise you will regret after some time
