Friendly team, good working atmosphere, good refreshing changes in management
Cons
no feeling of any company culture, because of unstable HR - seems really lost with HR strategy, missing right people on right place there, not able to identify at all. Just rolling question forms with NO action plan what makes people only demotivated and frustrated. No company values supported by visible actions / f.e. choosing the suppliers and employees. Newcomers over 40 years? not acceptable. any logical reason besides statistics? NO. Very poor point of view. Beside that some lazy managers with mouth full of empty words and no actions still holding places, especially in digital.
