Business Outlook
Pros
The company offers an opportunity to work remotely which is an advantage due to our pandemic situation. They have a healthy and flexible working environment which encourages me to work harder, better, smarter. They also offer benefits and incentives, so all the hard work pays off. Everyone is very welcoming, understanding, generous, forgiving, respectful, helpful, and fun to work with. (which is completely new to my working experience, culture shock indeed)
Cons
Since we are working remotely, I won't get the chance to personally know these wonderful people that I am working with.
