      Paychecks don't bounce. Industry standard pto and benefits..Average pay below average raises

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and outsourcing. They are ripping off customers. The only ones making bank are the lazy VPs and corporate officers

      flexible shift timings which will eventually spoil your health and life style.

      Cons

      VERY BAD MANAGEMENT TEAM be it CLOUD SERVICES OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT. No one is concerned about nourishing a talent. Very less career opportunities. Management team is only looking to grow India office as they are trying to minimize the companies expenditure. This is one the US company which believes in cheap Indian labor.

      Pro/Engineer kept the company afloat for the last 15 years

      Pros

      Great old timers, who made the company the world leader in MCAD industry. Amazingly, Pro/Engineer managed to keep the company afloat for the last 15 years or so. I am afraid it's over now.

      Cons

      Top/senior management: parade of greed an incompetence. Unfortunately former company greatness is in the past, the company is likely going belly up in the years to come. Having laid off so many core developers they sent both major products to maintenance mode if not worse. IoT "initiative" is nothing but a joke.
