      1. Very good company overall 2. Good hierarchical growth 3. Transparent communication 4. Good Salary 5. work life balance is very good

      1. not much opportunity for testers to learn new things. 2. sometime working for the same product and technology becomes monotonous 3. No training academy as such

      Pros

      For the most part, a true meritocracy. Your career is only limited by your own capability. Great co-workers within global services and technical support. Historically very focused on the direct sales organization (CEO was from sales) but recently has transitioned to be a more balanced environment across sales, service and R&D.

      Cons

      Intense quarterly focus limits potential for innovation but this is true of most all publicly traded companies and not endemic to PTC.
