While hiring they will explain you about IOT stuff, cloud stuff which PTC does , but in reality they are still on java 1.5 and only 2 team work on IOT and cloud.
They count WFH
Politics (even a less technical person can lead you technically)
No onsite (if by luck you got , you need to book all by yourself)
HR and recruiter are worst. they did not bother to take exist Interview as well.
No fixed formula for promotion and hike.
lot of wanted meetings
No Gym,
Bad Cafe and worst food. Even food salad would be horrible.
Continuous layoffs
If you ask for better work your manager can ask you to look outside of PTC (thats what I liked in mine and I obeyed him and resigned next day )
