Great, really bright R&D people; Vacation/sick time policy; Great experience; Gym; Flexible hours.
Cons
Permanent layoffs. What's the point in creating a good project if you have a very good chance to be laid-off upon completion it? My prediction is that Pro/Engineer is not going to be developed anymore: not enough people anymore. What will happen with revenue?
