Shortcut way to gauge the state of the company are the fake good reviews herr and the current share price. The only thing consistent in this company is deterioration. Management runs around trying to make themselves relevant, meanwhile there is total disregard for regular employees. Lack of competence is a real issue at the senior level leaving the company in a constantly declining state. Compensation is subpar and bonuses are never paid out probably due to execs waisting company resources on perks for themselves. Don't waste your time on this one.

Work here fo almost 10 years. Since we have Bruce Lowthers as CEO (since 2022) my department went through 4 structural changes, unfortunally every change was worse than the previous one. No bonuses are paid as well, as the company can't meet its targets. There are internal (too high and not acheved) and external (lower and partially achieved) targets and employees' bonuses are related to the internal targets. There wasn't such segregation until last year. Since Bruce is CEO the Paysafe share is going down. No salary increases. No growing in Bulgarian office.
