Pros

Low stress environement with a lot of freedom to explore different work approach. Paysafe has a good cash flow and operate in an interresting and upcoming technological sphere.

Cons

Old school HR mentality whom always act as the company's lawyers. Employees are numbers and absolutely no flexibility to reward or promote good performers outside the rigid HR guideline. Management discourage employee to seek new role within the organisation if their move is inconvenient for the company. Moreover with the company has recently gone private and the executive team has started to restructure division and closing offices, dismissing entire teams. A lot of uncertainty ahead and the salaries offered are begining to fall behinf the market.

Pros

Nothing you are a bad company who rob people money. Why would anyone work for you?

Cons

When I wanted to withdraw my account balance of 22 pounds to my bank account(which I deposited the money from)they said their charge is £5. Can you believe? £5 charge to withdraw money to the bank account. That's like robbing money from you. That's very wrong. These are hard earned money and I don't mind if there is a fair charge. But £5 pound service charge?common! robbers I will never ever use this service again. And I will tell everyone who I meet
