Pros

I have been fortunate to have an impact in my job. I love my team and what I do, it's a lot of fun, and I see it move things forward. There is a lot going on also as a community - in terms of events, CSR, employee-led networks and most of the colleagues are very smart.

Cons

I really hate that it's such a big deal to be 3 days at the office, the fact that we have to spend SO much time talking about it and monitoring it. In some orgs, communication can be improved.

Pros

I've been with Paysafe for almost 12 years, and I can genuinely say it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. Throughout my time here, I've always felt understood, supported, and valued—not just as an employee, but as a person. The company fosters a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous growth. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and there's a strong emphasis on both personal and professional development. Even during challenging times, Paysafe has consistently shown care for its people. I'm proud to be part of a team that not only drives innovation but also truly lives its values. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, and make a real impact, I wholeheartedly recommend Paysafe.

Cons

Like any large organization, Paysafe has its complexities. Sometimes, decision-making can be a bit slow due to the number of stakeholders involved. Also, with the company evolving and growing, adapting to new processes and tools can occasionally be challenging. However, these are natural in a dynamic environment and are usually addressed with time and support.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. The office is a nice professional setting with complimentary drinks and snacks available to the employees. There is also a cafeteria downstairs with some excellent lunch options at a great price, plus a very large gym with showers, lockers and 24/7 access.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons so far, it has just been one month.
