Pros
I've worked many places, and this has been by far the best. While it's currently undergoing immense internal changes, the current leadership is sharp and have clear goals that will take our company to the next level. The flexibility, pay, and benefits are also very great!
Cons
Not really a con considering I came from a place with mandatory five-days-a-week policy, but they are very strict on coming in the office three days a week.
