- Berlin office and the team there is really great, friendly, open-minded and the events are great. - There is lots of employees resource groups, which is great for the inclusivity of minorities.
Cons
- The career growth is really slow, with no clear path or targets for the role we occupy. The promotion cycle is over-complicated. - The salary for a software developper is way under the market. - Despite being inclusive, management position is mainly occupied by white males.
