      Pros

      The paysafe group is comprised by very open-minded and cooperative people, who are always here to help you out when you're stuck at something.

      Cons

      The Sofia office, in which I work, is a bit crowded as the building we work in is facilitating other companies. Also the waiting list for a parking spot is quite long and it is inconvenient for people with cars to come to work.

      ongoing processes to identify talents, open minded, growing business markets, following future trends of working styles (mobile working solutions), very cool and young culture, value driven

      Cons

      through its internationality and global structures, it´s difficult in the beginning, to understand the organization... but they know about the fact, so even though the speed is fast, you get a lot of understanding and patience...
