Pros

Competitive Salary Freedom to run departments like your own store Exciting time to be part of the company

Cons

Very heavy work load Long working hours (contracted 50 more like 60-70 most weeks) Constantly changing how they do things which can be frustrating after a while Head office do not communicate with stores so a lot of the decisions made in head office have a negative effect on retail. Constant reduction in staff budget. Primark will get their money out of every employee no matter what level, constantly being pushed to work to you absolute max which after a couple of years can become very draining.
