Pros

1.P&G Egham has a great atmosphere and feels like a university campus especially in the summer when people enjoy the gardens. 2.There is an amazing commitment to training and sharing of knowledge, not a day goes buy when there is not a lecture or workshop you can attend. 3.You are given a lot of responsibly straight away but also given the support to succeed. 4.Travel opportunities are ample.

Cons

1.At P&G Egham we are under resourced which means most of the time your days fly past! 2.Crazy system of Researchers and Scientist entry levels – basically if you don’t come from a “Red Brick" university or have a Masters/PHD you enter as a researcher and will be a “worker” for a long time before becoming a manager regardless of your abilities.

Pros

passion for winning by all P&Gers, great mentors and onboarding programs to help get started. there is always a level of pride in the company since many from outside recognize that collectively, P&G has many great leaders in the making

Cons

ratings are still heavily political vs. reflection of actual performance. New hires are always mentored that life at P&G is a marathon and not a sprint. In GBS, typical promotions from first level to second takes 3 years - 3 years of relentlessly delivering beyond expectations with no rewards. We are consistently told we need to find something other than promotions to keep us going.
