Fast engagment - high quality client and teamates

- Simplified hiring process with focus on capabilities It follow three phases. 1st is more managerial. 2nd is code challenge at codility. 3rd is technical discussion on typical tech problems. - Very easy contract signing process. - Got invitation for a engagement within less than a month. The client is great, we are still working together. - I discussed a couple more potential engagements after the first started but it was not easy to accommodate all. Proxify introduced a status change to avoid having discussions when there is no possibility to accept, very fair. - Time reporting is simple and relies on developer, no tracking at all. - I have opted for being highly transparent with the client (not even thought of submitting fake timesheets) and this was highly appreciated by all parties. - In general trustworthiness and transparency are appreciated and I like this a lot. - Great flexibility in working hours, task completion is the goal.
